Natural Thalasso Experience: This therapy begins in the Vitality Pool, a heated pool with seawater. Taking advantage of the fluctuations of the water pressure, you’ll get to enjoy a variety of healing massages. There are also daybeds with air nozzles and water jets, where your skin and deeper complexion layers get an intense massage from head to toe. Maximum relaxation and the strengthening of the muscles and joints are some of the benefits of this utterly relaxing therapy. What’s more, in the spa area, you will find many ergonomically designed daybeds where you can relax and rejuvenate throughout the day.

Crystal Steambath: A polygonal steam bath, which includes a handmade stone fountain and comfortable, heated and ergonomically designed sofas. The steam bath emits delightfully scented steam, which creates a humid atmosphere, ideal for detoxification.

Luxury Spa Shower: Showers with different water experience scales that can be adjusted according to the user’s preferences. The first shower simulates a smooth tropical rain, which emits a fruity aroma and is lighted by a warm red light. It also includes water jets that give a pleasant lumbar massage.

The second shower emits a cold cloud of water and a fresh scent of mint under blue lighting. It is the ideal place to cool down after the sauna or the steam bath. This shower also includes water jets that massage your neck area.

Ice Fountain: The Ice Fountain is perfect after a sauna or a steam bath session because the low temperature of the snowflakes relaxes your body instantly. What’s more, it stimulates the blood flow and contributes to the health of your skin, muscles, and tissues.

Gym: At the gym of Delfino Blu Boutique Hotel, you can use the gym equipment to stay in shape, even during your holidays. Located in a specially designed 70 square meters space, our gym is equipped with lockers for storing your items, showers, and a sauna. There is special equipment for weight lifting as well as for aerobics – including a multi-gym machine, a treadmill, an elliptical machine, a bike, and benches for weight lifting and ab workouts.

Beach bar – Restaurant: The bar offers a wide variety of natural and organic products, like freshly squeezed juices, fresh fruits, salads, sandwiches, and delicious desserts. It is located just below the Spa area.

Room For Rhasssoul Βath (additional charge): This room is equipped with a private heated bed, where you can have a peeling with sea salts or a mud therapy with thermal or sea clay. The peeling results in removing the dead cells from the skin, while the mud therapy reinforces significantly the recast of cells and also has anti-aging properties. The session is completed with warm steam and a smooth rain shower.
