Begin your day with our breakfast buffet. We offer a large selection of fresh and healthy, top-quality, Greek products. Enjoy our ''Power Breakfast'' where you can chose between anything from ham & eggs to cereals, fresh fruits, juices, yogurt, honey, home made sweets, jam and exquisite teas. We can also serve the breakfast at your room. If you need to depart early from the hotel, you can have breakfast with fresh coffee and tea at the bar.
The menu includes a variety of salads, cold and warm starters, a rich variety of meat dishes, traditional local specialties and fresh fish.
Our Chef suggests:
• Sofrito (a popular Corfiot specialty) Thin slices of fried veal in white sauce made of thin-chopped garlic, parsley, white wine, salt, pepper and vinegar. It is served with rice or potato purée.

According to the ancient Greek Mythology, Dionysus was the god of wine and revelry and had blessed the vineyards. This blessed fruit still keeps memories from the ancient vineyards. In Delfino Blu, we selected the best wines and we created our own wine cellar. This is a special selection of the best Greek wines as well as wine of our own production.
