No extra cancellation fees apply 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival. In case of cancellation after this release date, the deposit is not refundable.

If a reservation is cancelled:

• 30 days prior to the check-in date, 30% of the total amount of stay is charged.

• 29 to 21 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the total amount of stay is charged.

• 20 to 14 days prior to the check-in date, 70% of the total amount of stay is charged.

• 13 to 7 days prior to the check-in date, 90% of the total amount of stay is charged.

• 6 or less days prior to the check-in date, the total amount of stay is charged.

• Non – show or departure prior to the scheduled check-out date results in 100% of the entire booking.
